“Kelly is one of the very best coaches I’ve ever worked with in my 10 years in the fitness and coaching industry. Working behind the scenes in fitness meant I’d developed a pretty unhealthy relationship with how I perceived my body. I also used food as a daily coping mechanism, resulting in rapid weight gain in times of stress.

Kelly’s knowledge of nutrition and training is excellent. She created training programmes I throughly enjoyed which incorporated exercises I loved. I also had a rotator cuff injury for the duration of our year-long coaching that she helped me to rehabilitate and train around.

“When I started my weight loss journey it was a very hard step to ask for help. I had to put pride aside and ask for it. Being in health care you are taught many things and I thought I should know how to lose weight. I had struggled for 30 years. and was embarrassed that I did not know how to fix it.
